We are looking for someone who wants to work as a network technician in our operations center. You will primarily work with proactive monitoring, management of network infrastructure through preventive lifecycle management or corrective maintenance, as well as development work within your area of responsibility. The role also includes continuously maintaining our documentation in your area in a careful and exemplary manner.

You will have a lot of contact with our customers and contractors, which makes good communication skills, responsiveness, and a high level of service important. The role also includes some project work, and in the long term, on-call duty may also be included.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with experience in larger networks within corporate networks and operator networks, as well as a university education, preferably in data networks, but we highly value your curiosity and technical interest regardless of educational background. You have a natural drive, curiosity, and a desire to continuously learn more, and it is important for you to complete tasks.

You are a team player who enjoys customer contacts, finds it easy to meet new people, and is responsive to the needs of colleagues and customers.

Programming skills are an advantage, and the need is growing as we move towards a more automated way of working.

We place great importance on your personal qualities, your drive, and your forward-thinking attitude, and since the role involves a lot of customer contact, you need to have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
